Registration

You can register by phone (607-936-3656), email, mail, or stopping by the studio.

Just tell us the class you are interested in and we'll get you signed up. We can send you an electronic invoice via email if you so desire. If the class is full, we will be happy to put you on a wait list - we'll call if a spot opens up.

Payments may be made by check, cash, or credit card.

You must advance register for all classes:

  • classes with a fee of $90 or less require full payment at the time of registration.
  • classes with a fee of $90 or more require a 50% deposit at time of registration. The full class fee is due one week prior to the date the class begins.

Cancellation and Credits

We are committed to presenting outstanding classes and instruction. There is a lot of prep work that we do to prepare for a class, so we ask that you carefully consider your schedule prior to registering.

  • We Cancel: if we don't reach our minimum enrollment, we will contact you three days prior to the class and issue you a full refund (or transfer your fee to another class). In case of inclement weather, we will postpone our class and contact you at least four hours before the class is scheduled to begin - or - you may call the studio. We will make every effort to work with you if you do not feel comfortable coming to a class when the weather is bad.
  • You Cancel: if you cancel, a $10 transaction fee applies to all class cancellations.
    • There are no refunds - a credit will be applied to your account.
    • To receive a credit, you must notify us at least one week before the class begins.
    • If you cancel less than a week before the class, you will not receive a credit.
    • There are no credits for missed classes.

Other Policies
  • Because of allergies, we encourage you to not wear perfumes, colognes, and/or body sprays.
  • Out of respect for everyone, cell phones are not permitted in the studio. Please turn them off.
  • Please help us care for our studio and equipment by leaving open-container beverages and/or food at home. All beverages MUST have a twist-off lid and must be placed away from equipment and fabric. We recommend that you store items in a basket or tote bag that you can put under the table.
  • If you are picking up children, please come inside to get them when class is over. We do not like to send unattended children out of the studio alone =).
  • For safety, the only children allowed in the studio during classes are those enrolled in the current class.
  • Class begins promptly so please plan accordingly. We will not have time to review what you've missed.
